2008 Banner Advertisement

Specifications: Banner ad size should be 468 x 60. The ads must be in gif or jpg format and can be animated or static. Ads will change every 15 seconds.

Cost & Restrictions: $1700 per 15 second banner ad, maximum of 4 ads per vendor, with a maximum of 40 ads total, charged on an annual basis (January 1 - Dec 31). Banner ads must be submitted to the CASFAA webmaster, Wayne Mahoney, at wmahoney@swlaw.edu.

This is a multi-part form and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page.

Sponsorship Login
I AM in the CASFAA database
Fill in your Username and Password. Your next screen (Part 2) will be your Member Profile as it currently appears in the database. You may change your password and make any other necessary corrections. Click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

I AM NOT in the CASFAA database
Your next screen (Part 2) will be a blank Member Profile page. Select a password. Do not use personal information for your password since this will be emailed to you. You will receive a copy of your Username and Password by email, following your initial login. Use these for any future logins. Complete the form and click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

Revise Your Sponsorship
If you are returning to revise your sponsorship, please use the "Revise Existing Sponsorship" section below. Enter your Username and Password. Part 2 is your Member Profile. In Part 3, your previous selection(s) will be shown. Make any necessary changes. Your previously entered sponsorship information will be deleted and replaced with the new.

Cancel Your Sponsorship
Cancelling your sponsorship? Select "Cancel Sponsorship" and enter your Username and Password. Your sponsorship will be deleted from the records and cannot be recovered.
