- ONLINE REGISTRATION
- A registration fee of $250 is required. This includes room and board costs for four days and three nights at the institute site. There will be one dinner on your own on Saturday night.
- The institute is limited to 25 participants. If you are not accepted to the institute due to space limitations your $250 will be refunded. However, if you are accepted, and later cancel your $250 is nonrefundable.
- All rooms are double occupancy in a coed dormitory setting. The bathrooms and showers are provided in each room. It is suggested that participants bring robes and slippers. All participants are required to stay onsite. No guests are allowed onsite during the institute. All arrangements are made through CASFAA. If you need any special accommodations or have any questions regarding the housing arrangements, contact Darryl Cox, Project Coordinator, at 949-451-5435 or email dcox@ivc.edu.
- Payment:Payment must be included with this Registration Form and received no later than May 9, 2008. Make checks for registration payable to CASFAA. A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks regardless of the initial amount of the check.
