Terms and Conditions of Access and Use
The CASFAA Web site is maintained by the California Association
of Student Financial Aid Administrators (CASFAA). The CASFAA Web
site is provided as a service to our members and others interested
in the activities and operations of the Association. The site is
not intended to offer financial aid advice or services to students
and parents and is for non-commercial use. Access and use of this
web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein
and all applicable laws. These terms may be updated periodically
by CASFAA. Information is provided for personal and/or institutional,
non-commercial use.
CASFAA owns the copyright for all parts of the casfaa.org domain
name and site. Permission is granted to download, distribute, reproduce,
circulate, or otherwise use documents and materials from the CASFAA
Web site free of charge provided the copyright notice is retained
intact and the material is clearly attributed to CASFAA. However,
no portions of the site may be sold for profit or incorporated
in commercial materials without the prior written permission of
the President of CASFAA.

Privacy
CASFAA is committed to protecting your privacy through the use
of technology that offers users a safe online experience. CASFAA
uses technology tools to monitor the traffic of casfaa.org but
does not collect or use information about individual visitors to
the site except as requested in designated online forms. Casfaa.org
may collect personal information for various secure forms related
to professional financial aid activities such as conference registration,
registration for other training workshops, surveys, annual elections,
etc. The information collected within these online forms may include
data such as your name, address, institution or employer, e-mail
address, credit card information, and other relevant items. CASFAA
intends to use technology and encryption tools and certificates
to insure your information will be submitted in a safe and secure
manner. CASFAA is also considering publishing its membership directory
information though the details associated with the access to this
information has not yet been approved by the CASFAA Executive Council.
