NOTE: Menus will be marked as either Primary or Secondary - the Primary menu is the horizontal bar at the top of the website, and the Secondary is the vertical menu on the left of the website.

 

Q: How do I find information about resources available to my segment?
A: Place your mouse over the Segmental Resources menu (primary) and choose your segment from the options. If your segment is not listed, please visit the Leadership page, and contact your segmental representative for assistance. Perhaps you can help them collect resources to share with your colleagues!

Q: How do I find general financial aid resources, not specific to a segment?
A: There are non-segmental resources available, on our Access & Diversity page.

Q: How do I find technical help, on using the CASFAA.org website?
A: Visit our Help section, for a list of common topics for our members. If you don't find what you're looking for, please visit the Contact Us form, and submit your question to our Electronics Initiatives Committee.

Q: How do I contribute to, or advertise in, the CASFAA's newsletter?
A: Visit our Contributions and Advertising pages for more information.

Q: How do I volunteer for CASFAA?
A: Please use the Volunteer form, and your information will be forwarded to the appropriate segmental leader or committee chair.

Q: How do I find free training aid for financial aid administrators?
A: Every month, CASFAA gathers a list of all free webinars and trainings, available through our vendor partners, and distributes them to members - via both email and our public calendar. If you're not already a member of CASFAA, please visit here to join, and receive these monthly emails.

Q: If I have a specific policy question, and I have already done my research from the FA handbook, who can I contact for additional assistance?
A: Please contact your segmental representative, for assistance in finding the resource you need. You can also visit the NASFAA AskRegs knowledge base (on the NASFAA Site, Members>Professional Practice Tools>AskRegs). You must be logged in to your school's membership, to access this tool.
