This session helps financial aid staff and student workers build trust through clear communication, strong service habits, and FERPA-conscious support. Participants will learn practical ways to answer questions, protect student privacy, handle difficult conversations, and know when to escalate, while helping students feel heard, respected, and confident about their next steps.
